Dr. Jamal Poursadeghian, Managing Director of Serag Co., Austria's Chancellor and the president of Hungary advisor visited Mashiz centers and closely witnessed the charitable activities on 22nd December.
Afarineshebartar- On 22nd December, Dr. Jamal Poursadeghian, Managing Director of Serag Co., Austria's Chancellor Advisor with advisor to the president of Hungary visited Mashiz centers and closely witnessed the charitable activities of Mashiz.
Dr. Poursadeghian at his visit expressed his surprise for the humane practice of Mashiz Institute in various fields and added, "I am speechless of such benevolent activities”.
At the end of his visit to family-like centers of Mashiz, the Iranian economist, who is also known as the fifth wealthiest Austrian had a warm conversation with the children.
He added,"It is an honor for me to be among you children now, and I am so thrilled and glad to see these benevolent activities by the Institute of Mashiz.”
Dr. Poursadeghian continued, "As you all have a significant role in Iran’s future I’d love to see you all to prepare yourself for the future to develop our great country by learning from experiences and life.”
"I am a child of a village in the province of Kerman, I went to Austria when I was 13 years old and worked hard and didn’t sleep for more than 5 hours every day, I worked hard to achieve success," he stated.
The Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Mashiz Charity also referred to Mashiz activities in medical, social services, family-like and disabled centers by stating that Mashiz has 19 family-like centers throughout the country and is responsible for 311 orphan and vulnerable children which most of the children are orphans. In 2016 more than 20 million Rials was the cost of each child in family-like centers, unfortunately, this year due to sanctions the increase has been significant. It is worth mentioning that these expenses are merely funded by Mashiz institute with no government support.
Sadeghi Nejad also pointed out to the policy of developing family-like centered centers across the country. He stated that unfortunately, the main issue is supplying the expenses for providing and construction new homes which at present the minimum cost for building each center is more than 25 billion riyals.
In the near future, this center will be converted into workplaces which children and disabled persons who are discharged would be trained and employed in these workshops.
He also referred to the sports activities of Mashiz and said, today, Mashiz children are medalists and unrivaled athletes in the sporting competitions, especially the sports championship. Mashiz also holds the annual cultural and sports festival with all the Mashiz children across the country.
He also referred to the sole ultrasound clinic of sedation and anesthesia in the south-east of the country and the first special center for oral disorders, swallowing and special nutrition for the disabled in Kerman province and the second center in the country. He also mentioned the mobile clinic of nongovernmental dentistry in Kerman province which belongs to Mashiz Institute.
Dr. Soleimani, the head of Mashiz consultant said "Today, the opportunities for your growth and development are prepared, thus you need to seize this opportunity to succeed. For achieving success you need to work hard if you want to climb your own personal mountains.”
