Afarineshebartar- A number of managers and officials from Kowsar Mashiz charity institute, together with the Director General of Performance Management, Inspection and Legal Affairs of Kerman Provincial Governorate and other department, reviewed and closely examined the problems facing development and completion of the construction project of Kowsar Industry in "Dehreza" village of Reagan of south of Kerman province.

Engineer Reza Ashk- The Director General of the Performance Management, Inspection and Legal Affairs of Kerman governorate at the meeting, highlighted the attendance of the officials with investors as the main factor in the success of each project and said, " Mashiz institute can be successful in this project when all the governorates will accompany the institute within the framework of the law and regulations.

 He continued, fortunately today the determination of Kowsar Mashiz charity is to build up a growing area in the south of Kerman province, which is one of the agencies in this regard, which can benefit the people of Reagan, Narmashir and even Kerman province.

Engineer Reza Ashk-the Director General of Performance Management, Inspection and Legal Affairs of Kerman Provincial Governorate- at the meeting highlights the attendance of the officials with investors as the main factor in the success of each project, and said, " Mashiz institute can be successful in this project when all the governors will accompany the institution within the framework of the law and regulations."

Ashk in another part of his speech, points to the depression crisis in Kerman province and said, the Mashiz Institute can use modern and under pressure irrigation with governmental facilities for this project, and today despite problems and water crisis, this issue is the government's priority to work.

Resolve of Mashiz institute for improve the deprived area of the south of Kerman province with the implementation of Kowsar Agriculture and Technology Plan

The CEO of Kowsar Agriculture and Technology Co. also called for the final implementation of Agriculture and Technology plot, in addition to the Reagan's rehabilitation center caused security and employment in the region and said: "Dehreza" district of Reagan township exists on the border of Iraqnshahr that any constructive action can enhance security in this region."

Mohammad Reza Sadeghi Nezhad continued," The institute isn't a personal income generation but we are looking for depreciation from the area, and all the proceeds from the project will be devoted to the welfare and support of the needy in the country."

He added, "Mashiz institute has already spent more than 40 billion Rials for development Reagan region in the form of Kowsar Agriculture and Technology Plan."

Also,Mahmoud Vafaiy- Director of the" Afarinesh" Holdings Office of Kerman ,the Kowsar Agriculture and Technology plan is one of the most important projects in the south of province area ,he said.  "The full implementation of the plan will transform Reagan's area and create more security for a large number of people in the area."

There are doing many works in the area today and there is a lot of work to be done in two thousand hectares of land, agricultural, breeding livestock and industrial work that the final completion of the project will require full support from the authorities and must be support the project managers.

He pointed out the existence of 11 wells in the land and said, " There are six active wells, and several thousand palm trees have been planted and seasonal crops are planted at several times on the ground.
